When purchasing a machine from us, you receive a limited warranty to give peace of mind about the efficient functioning of your machine.
Thanks to a long established relationship with Astoria, we are able to keep a full range of parts at our central warehouse. From boiler elements, pumps, switches and dosing circuits, to casing parts and complete body – we can supply everything.
Most espresso machines require servicing every 3 months, while lower volume machines may only require a service every 6 months. We conduct a thorough service to include checking of the electrical system, steam or water leaks, pump and boiler pressure calibration and group temperature, as well as replacing any serviceable items.
As part of our dedication to customer service, if a repair or service cannot be made on-site or within a given time period, we will offer an equivalent replacement machine at no extra cost until your machine is fully repaired.
We understand that the workload of each machine varies with each business. As part of our service, we will visit you to discuss your needs and confirm that service intervals are aligned with your volumes and demands.
